Our retained recruiting service provides you with a premium level of service where we take a collaborative approach acting as a strategic partner operating as an extension of your internal recruiting team. The fee for this type of service is 25% of the base salary with 25% of the payment fee due at the time of contract signing, 25% due after 30 days of recruiting and the balance due at the time of acceptance by the candidate. Our minimum fee for this level of service is $15,000.
Our contingency recruiting fee is 30% of the base salary of the successful new hire and is paid 100% at the time of acceptance by the candidate. Cube Management prides itself on our ability to find qualified candidates quickly. Our rigorous 10-step recruiting process ensures that you receive only the finest candidate resumes available. The minimum fee for contingency recruiting is $15,000.
